We also offer international shipping to selected countries.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional time. ( may require pickup from the courier branch. )

We are not responsible for courier delays once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse.
For certain remote or non-serviceable locations:
Doorstep delivery may not be available.

If your PIN code falls under such a zone, our team or the courier partner will inform you.
We are not responsible if doorstep delivery is unavailable in your area due to courier limitations.
For international orders:
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or additional charges imposed by your country.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned or abandoned, we will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs.
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Wrong PIN codes
Incorrect contact numbers
Delivery failures due to address errors
Packages marked as “undeliverable” by the courier
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs.

If the courier attempts delivery and:
The customer is unavailable
The customer does not respond to courier calls
The order is refused at delivery
We are not responsible for re-delivery without additional shipping charges.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your package arrives damaged:
Record an unboxing video clearly showing the shipping label and damage.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Without proper proof (unboxing video), claims may not be accepted.
