At Budgetlengha, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • The item was damaged at the time of delivery (with proper proof).

  • Customised or stitched clothing

  • Altered products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or Email with order details.

  • Clear images or an unboxing video may be required for damage or defect claims.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our address.

  • The return shipment must be sent with a valid tracking number.

  • Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost return parcels without tracking details.

4. Quality Check & Approval

Once we receive the returned product:

  • It will undergo a quality inspection.

  • The product must meet our return eligibility criteria.

If the item is found to be used, damaged (not originally reported), or not in its original condition, the return may be rejected.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and approved after quality check.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 8ā€“10 working days after approval.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Important Notes

  • We do not offer returns for size issues on customized stitched outfits.

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

  • Budgetlengha reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
